"Our flight was rescheduled and the manager let us change our date for free last minute so we really appreciate that. Our room was actually one in a 3 connecting room and the sound proof is pretty bad we can hear the tv and the talking of the next room very clear. We booked non smoking room but the room next door smoked and it got through the door crack and we had to stick towels under the door so problem solved. Staffs are very nice and helpful. "

"This hotel definitely had to be the worst. Beware before booking. The Customer Service was horrible. There was a leakage from the upper floor bathroom. This leakage caused great damage to our clothing and property. At times, the water from the upper floor was dripping on our heads. Moreover, the hotel didn't clean the room from the leakage. And refused to assist in compensating or even washing our soaked clothing. Hadn't that been enough the representative instead of assisting us - mocked us and used foul language addressing me as an (SOB), actually utilizing the full word. "

"Location is perfect highly recommended, hotel is old and all furniture are old, front room on the street very noisy and windows are not sound proof, minibar not free even water you have to pay for it and this is shame on five stars hotel !"
