The hotel does not have the ability to turn on the A/C during certain times of the year. Our rooms were very hot and if we turned the fan on it would just blow more hot air. The hotel offered to move rooms that would potentially be "cooler" but were located over the bar area, which they said is noisy. They also noted these rooms are typically blocked off due to the noise so we were left with either a hot room or a noisy room. Additionally, it looks like the hotel is going through different phases of renovation as the lobby looks relatively new, but the rooms/bathrooms need to be cleaned up/updated

The hotel was nice but really loud. Upon check-in we learned that Parking was $16 a night which was not mentioned at all upon making the reservation. The person at the desk said this was just added about a week ago which I’m not sure was true or not. This is not downtown Manhattan so there’s no reason to pay for parking. The water didn’t get very hot and the windows had so much moisture and condensation. No coffee after 8am seemed ridiculous.

A stay from hell! I came here to relax after having major surgery over a month ago and to grieve the loss of my Mom and this place was soo disappointing. Room 250 was disgusting when I arrived so I had to call the front desk to complain (used bloody tissue on the floor when I entered, hair in the bed when I pulled back the bedding, nasty bathroom etc) They changed my room. A few hours pass and I finally start to relax a bit and the fire alarm goes off. (I can't make this up) Now I'm rushing to get out of the room despite just having surgery a little over a month ago. I now have to rush down 4 flights of stairs as I fear for my life, only to get downstairs and the staff are acting like nothing happened. The couple near me asked what was happening and they said "false alarm" as if it was nothing and we didn't all just have to run down the stairs. That's not all the fun I experienced! The room was warm but the air wouldn't turn on so I called the front desk. After waiting over an hour and no one coming, I called again. They sent someone who told me they only have heat no AC this time of year. As an asthmatic this was not okay and they offered no solution. At this point nothing has gone right since I arrived. This hotel is too expensive for all these headaches I experienced today. This Hilton has completely gone downhill from what I'm used to over the last 15 years. I'll never stay here again!

I stay here often and don't have too many issues. I booked 2 rooms, But this time the first room they gave me the bed was completely broken. So they gave me another room. The second room i booked the bed was also broken and it looked as if something spilled on the cover that covers the boxspring. Also the desk was broken and there was hair in the tub. I was surprised cause this hotel is usually my first choice always.

My children enjoyed the pool. Breakfast on-site was convenient although the buffet was overpriced for the selection. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room was dated. There were cracked tiles and the sofa was worn and dirty. The sofa bed was not comfortable. They do not offer roll away beds at all.
The lobby is pretty with lots of open space. The pool area and common bathrooms were clean and well-kept.

The hotel looks great from the outside, but the room is not renovated. Shower drainage is slow and the toilet seat needs replaced as the cover is peeling off. The half Starbucks coffee is pathetic and it will charge you 0.25x more. It's sad to see a falling 3-star hotel.

While the room seemed clean, the bedding was most definitely not changed. And since I arrived later in the evening, house keeping was not around to help the issue. So I had to get extra sheets and blankets to change the bedding myself. Of course I’m capable of changing sheets, but with the money I’m paying, I expect everything to be clean and ready for me. It made me question what else in the room was not cleaned. There were also no towels in the room other than one face towel. So I had to get those as well.

beautiful hotel, however!
the room was great! however there was a couple downfalls. when i set the thermostat to 67° i left the room came back and the room temp was 88°!!!!! was not aware that the air was shut off for the season so instead of cool air blowing it was 100% heat. and i couldnt even open the window because it was bolted shot. thankfully i was able to call guest services to open the window for outside air. and the toilet was broken and flooded the bathroom since the mechanism wasnt working properly. other than that i had a good experience. but maybe there should be a warning of “no air just heat” so someone else won’t have to come back to a hot room. and the toilet was an absolute joke constantly running and flooding the bathroom. room was beautiful but was disappointed for those 2 issues.

The stay was going well until some guy walked into my room saying hello then ran out. I even had the do not disturb sign on the door. I called management but I never got an answer from security. My kids got frightened so we left a day early. After that experience it was a terrible stay and management could careless

Rooms need updating I have stayed there before and it needs it there is paint peeelimg from ceiling in pool area and some outdated furniture in the rooms. Pool was great and bar and breakfast was nice it is the staff at the bar and resturant which are great,
