"We loved the location, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great choice of continental and cooked breakfast. The rooms were small but functional. The only thing we could fault was no heating in shower room or any means of drying towels. Adding a heated towel rail would make all the difference."

"Due to renovation work we were moved to The Old Inn just down the road, excellent hotel, room was really nice and the food was awesome. The beef burger was the best I’d ever tasted. "Excellent accommodation and siting: Access track description is misleading: only accessible by 4x4: the 60m long slope is at 1:3 to 1:4 covered in loose stone. Previous failed attempts by vehicles had left ruts that made even walking up it difficult. The described steep footpath after anyone reached the parking area at the top was a doddle"

"Had a lovely stay in Shiskine! The only thing I worried about was the proximity to the road but so few cars drove by, especially at night, that it is no problem at all. Peaceful and quiet. The tiny house/pod is just as promised in the pictures. I had a fantastic time exploring the surroundings of the lighthouse and of course all the beaches nearby. The beach below the property was basically a private one (in October), as I only saw a couple of other people once."

"This property was our favorite one on the trip. The beach was so close and the rooms nice and large. Having two bathrooms suited us perfectly and having a wash basin in each bedroom was incredibly convenient. Parking was right in front of the door. The kitchen even had sugar and some other items that we did not have to get. The traditional style was very homey. I would stay here again if in this area on a return visit."

"We have just enjoyed an amazing week in Loggie by the side of Loch Broom. Mark and Tamsin were fabulous hosts, the cottage was immaculate and stocked with everything from Lego for the kids, board games, tunnocks tea cakes, through to dishwasher tablets and art supplies. A truly beautiful location and a wonderful base to explore this wild landscape. Couldn’t recommend highly enough"

"Great place. Views are fantastic.Cottage was very comfortable, clean and good size for 5 of us. A little out of the way of Gairloch @17min drive but no big deal as we were travelling around the area each day. Recommended."
