There is no assistance we arrived late into Melbourne and finding the key and access was difficult. Key collection is on a different street and the apartment is on a different street. The car park was not easy to find it was situated on a seperate building. We ended up paying for parking as it was late and instructions were not clear and the children were tired. The wind noise is loud in one of the bedrooms. The apartment /pool facilities and the views are well worth it.
