#### Amazing Accommodation and Host
We stayed for 2 nights (2 adults and 2 children under 7) and had the most amazing stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, spotless clean, the gardens and wildlife are stunning, the house had all the amenities for a comfortable stay and Sam was amazing. Highly recommended!

Stay was wonderful. Very clean, all the essentials provided. Comfy beds. View is amazing and plenty of space for family. Owner was very accommodating and lovely to deal with. Looking forward to staying there again in future.

The house is spotlessly clean and is even more impressive than shown in the listing. The owner quickly responded to some checking-in problems and then dropped by to ensure we were settling in OK. Great neighbourhood and the house is surrounded by beautiful gardens.

#### Best Villa in the Mornington
My friends and I couldn’t believe how beautiful and well kept is this villa. Sam thought about every little detail to make us feel welcome and having a great stay, even if it was only for one night. We gather Ed with friends and had a dinner in that beautiful kitchen, was just the perfect spot. If you are looking to stay in the Mornington, that’s the place to be.

#### Our recent stay at this property was above and beyond our expectations.
This property was a delight to stay at. It has a clean coastal style and the host has created a welcoming vibe with hammocks, coffee machine and cosy furnishings. The view was stunning, especially at night with all the lights around the coast. The properties garden was exceptional, my favourite plant being the fully fruited avocado tree. It is a gardeners paradise. We will definitely stay here again on our next stay on the Penisula.
