The location of the property is great. Walking distance to all shopping district & restaurant. The service provided is excellent & we will stay there again.
Location amazing. Some staff had little knowledge on amenities. Room Configuration wasn’t correct. Safe didn’t work. Clean, needs some attention to minor details, shower cleanliness etc
Excellent location with everything close by. We have a very comfortable stay for 5 nights.
The property is so outdated that it made me feel that I was back in a 2-star hotel in Bangkok or Hanoi in the 1970s. The apartment’s decor and functionalities such as the bathroom, the shower and tub etc are way below expectation of a modern day 3 or 4 star facility in Melbourne! Very disappointed!
The reception staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too hard for them. Two blow dryers in the 2 bedroom apartments would be a good idea, especially when 4 females are all together. Other than that a great place to stay.
