Do not copy, share, lend, or leave them unsecured. No tailgating: do not allow unknown persons to follow you through secure doors, lift lobbies, or garage gates. Lost or unreturned keys/fobs may incur replacement costs and building/security call-out fees where applicable. 8) Lift etiquette and building access (high-rise standard) Please use lifts respectfully and keep noise to a minimum in corridors and lift lobbies. Do not use harsh chemicals on stone/benchtops unless specifically provided and labelled as suitable. 11) Cleaning, rubbish, and departure expectations The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays; however, guests must maintain reasonable cleanliness.
