OUTSTANDING! We had spent 3 nights for a little get away from Sydney to Melbourne for our 9 year anniversary, they definitely made this trip memorable for us with the little extra things that make our special occasion a moment we will never forget. Thank you!

False advertising of actual room size
Great location and friendly staff. However, the room that we booked (a standard Queen) does not look anything like the photographs featured on Hotels.com. Definitely false advertising. The room was exceptionally small. My wife and I are small people but we had a difficult time comfortably fitting into this tiny room. The bathroom is so small that the shower literally rains water down onto the toilet.
