Noise, Occupancy & Smoke Monitor Policy For the safety and comfort of all guests and our neighbours, we have installed noise, occupancy, and smoke monitoring devices throughout the property. These devices help us ensure that the space is being used responsibly and in accordance with our house rules. Important: Guests are not allowed to tamper with, remove, or turn off these devices. We receive live reports from these devices, and any attempt to interfere with them will be taken very seriously. If we find that you have tampered with or disabled any of these devices, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the property without refund.
