This beautifully designed and styled apartment features 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom, is located on the ground floor and has a private terrace. With open-plan living with smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, euro laundry, and secure parking for one car, you may not want to leave. Guests enjoy access to premium amenities including an infinity pool, Yoga/Pilates studio, fully equipped gym, business lounge, landscaped outdoor areas, and a rooftop dining space with BBQ.

Situated within the exclusive PM Apartments in a prime Port Melbourne location, you’re just moments from the beach, Princes Pier, and JL Murphy Reserve. Bay Street’s vibrant cafés, bars, and shops are right on your doorstep, with Docklands attractions and easy public transport links nearby.  
  
Strictly no pets.  
  
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.  
  
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
