Location is insanely convenient to downtown shoppes and restaurants and you can walk underneath the main highway (US1) to access it. Owner/Mgmt were extremely responsive to questions and needs. Great walk-in shower, strong water pressure, ice-cold A/C and balcony overlooking the harbor. Clean kitchen. I am immaculate in how I care for my own home and was very pleased with this property. Would gladly stay at this condo again. Still awaiting the return of my $3,000 damage deposit, but trust that is on its way. ##### Chris N.
