This house is in a great location, convenient to all amenities and transportation. • This listing is the entire house, so you will have access to the whole place during your stay, and don\`t have to share it with the host or other guests. • The garage is not available to park in, as it is exclusively used for the owner storage and the cleaners\` workshop. • Free unlimited Wi-Fi • Free guest parking spots ( double space driveway, and Off-street parking available) • Separate laundry room • Modern fully-equipped Kitchen. • Instant booking with no reviews please send request first. • Government-issued photo ID required. • Strictly no unregistered guests during your stay. Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused. \* Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property). \* Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs. \* Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge applies if you leave excess rubbish behind. \* Please keeping the house key with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost it. \* Remember return the house key in the lock box at check-out. \* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges of $20 per hour fee applied. \* Parking is on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited.
