Burnley is found right on the fringe of Richmond and the Melbourne CBD. Parks, ovals and grassland actually comprise close to half of this small suburb.
Burnley is tucked away and quiet, although very accessible with the Richmond train line and Monash freeway snaking through it. The suburb itself is considered part of the larger Richmond area. Nearby you’ll find yourself right at home amongst street art, hidden bars, galleries and backstreet microbreweries. You might walk up to the MCG to catch your team play (no parking hassles for you!) or wander over to the Corner Hotel for rooftop drinks before heading downstairs to see a live performance.
FROM THE AIRPORT: Take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station.
Then take the Glen Waverley train and get off at Burnley Station. The apartment is about 300 metres from Burnley Station

*Prior to vacating please wash all dishes and place them back away.
*Please remove all rubbish, any excess mess left behind will occur additional cleaning/removal charges.
*Noise travels so please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm
*We do require guests to provide us with a photo of their drivers licence at the time of booking.
*Any damage caused will need to be replaced or fixed at your own costs
*Any keys not returned or lost will occur replacement charges of $250
