Very large and spacious rooms throughout, clean, comfortable beds and bedding. The split zones upstairs and downstairs worked so well for the adults and our younger teens. Time apart and time together. The pool table was well utilised. Lovely views of the golf course from the undercover BBQ decking and the rear garden. The fire pit was an absolute hit with the young ones toasting marshmallows and of a night time, when the sky is clear, the star gazing is superb. A short walk to the beach which we loved.
