Do not book with this host. He does not communicate with guests in a timely manner.

I had to cancel my booking for this property. After attempting to contact the host on several occasions with no success and no reply, I made the decision to book elsewhere as I was not confident the host was going to get in touch to confirm book in details and we would be left without accommodation at a very busy time in Melbourne. Check in time 3pm, email with check in details sent 11.09am.

Lack of communication

I didn't get to stay! Five minutes before I was boarding my flight to Melbourne, I was called to say there had been a glitch in the system and I had no accommodation. May accommodation had been booked since June last year and had even received a check-in email 2 days before. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind though and helped me find alternative accommodation.
