We got locked out of our room and they had to take the handle off the door to get in. Then next day we got locked in the room and couldn’t get out! We didn’t even get the room comped. There is no bar/ restaurant on site either

My complaint is that there was no mirror in the bathroom. We have stayed in hotels all over the U.S. and the world and have never had a bathroom without a mirror.

Staff was unhelpful and somewhat unpleasant. Coffemaker didn’t work. Clock was 6 minutes slow. No maid service. Room dingy. Breakfast disappointing. But it’s a good location!

This was like Hamptons were before Hilton took over management. It was clean and well-maintained. What was unlike the times before Hilton took over was that it was overpriced. Hilton is getting more money out of Hampton and putting less back into it in general.

One of the rooms that was given to us was dirty. When we opened the door to our room, there was a musty smell and there were bugs crawling around on the wall.

They hard to $75 deposit for your dog and you go to your room and there’s a big spot on the floor that has never been cleaned up from a dog Doodoo, or a dog runs whatever but they charge you that fee but yet they don’t clean their room. The room stunk really bad.

Need updating.
The Roman shade at the window didn't work. The strings were broken so the room was dark in the dat time. There were only 2 lights in the room. We were there 4 nights and due to their scheduling, had no housekeeping. There were tiny bugs coming out of a crack next to the bath tub.
The bed was comfortable, that was the only plus.

Timely efficient check-in process. The room was clean. The only issues with the room was a toilet with a tendency to run and initially there was no iron in the room. but the desk provided one upon request.

The hotel is dated. Our room had an occasional sewer gas smell in the bathroom. The staff apologized but the damage was done. The bathroom shower needed to be recaulked and the existing caulk needed the mold removed. Not a go back.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was included and reasonably priced. Typical “ cookie cuter” area that is so prevalent in Florida. 4:00 pm check in which is ridiculous, though seems to be common these days. The desk did check us in at 3:00 pm though, so Thank You👍
