The children will be entertained all day with both a huge pool, indoor spa and tennis court. This retreat is set on a generous allotment, blends old school charm with a modern Palm Springs vibe. There are two huge living spaces that flow into the pool area, there is a pool table, open gas log fires, huge kitchen and a butlers pantry, all on one level and zoned with families in mind. The master bedroom is at the front of the house (Queen bed sleeps 2) and has built in robes and an ensuite that over-look the garden, there are three further bedrooms at the opposite end of the house comprising, bedroom 2 (2 x tri bunks, double on bottom and single at top Sleeps 6), third bedroom (Queen bed sleeps 2) and built in robes, fourth bedroom (2 x single beds sleeps 2). There are an array of extras including ample parking including a double lock-up garage, zoned cooling, full sized tennis court, huge pool and so much more. also to note the close proximity to Baked in Portsea for great coffee and food. The four bedrooms comprise of: 1 x Queen bedroom with ensuite (Sleeps 2) 1 x Queen bedroom (Sleeps 2) 2 x Single beds (Sleeps 2) 2 x Tri Bunk beds (Double on bottom and single on top Sleeps 6) As guests of this home, you can enjoy free WiFi and Netflix. There is ample parking onsite. Beer bottles from previous stay all over the backyard, dirty floors, spa room mouldy, listing stated toiletries were provided but were only in the master and old 1980s bottles, had to buy own toilet paper as only 1 roll for 10 guests/ 2 night stay. But by far, the worst thing was the management. So rude. Paid $1000 deposit for bond - was sent aggressive emails by Jellis Craig about keeping the property clean - was filthy when we arrived. We left the house cleaner than we found it - 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for my bond. Incredibly rude lady on the phone now telling me I wont have until next week, 3 weeks later? Unbelievable and a huge inconvenience at Christmas time to not have those funds back.
