The tree outside made it look run down. But once onsite it was awesome. Everyone commented about how perfect it was for our group. People could play cards at the table and others had room to sit and visit without disturbing them. The pool was clean and welcoming. The bunk house was attached to the house which we were not aware of. We were so happy not to have to walk outside to use the restroom. My only regret was there were not more poolside chairs or table. The house has 2 bedrooms on each side, and the bunk room for an extra $50 a night, make numerous spaces for sleeping. Our kids enjoyed being in the bunk room with their cousins. The ping pong table and basketball game on the basement is lots of fun. The heated pool is great. There are fun pool floats and the pool has a light that changes colors. It was really neat in the evening. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to make meals--hand mixers, cookie sheets, Tupperware, etc. lots of seating in the living room. We absolutely LOVED it. The beds are super comfortable. the house is very spacious and clean. We had a great time hanging in the pool. I highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group. there is plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay again when we have another big tourny.
