Enjoy split system heating and cooling in every spacious bedroom and living area. Designed to accommodate 2-3 families, ladies retreats (6 beds in total 2 King beds can be split into 4 king single beds) or 4 couples.
Guests will enjoy the sleek, light filled modern kitchen overlooking Red Hill and the Marina precinct with chefs oven and coffee machine, luxurious deep relaxing couches and dining seating up to 8 guests. Enjoy strolling along the Marina boardwalk to the beach, enjoy a sumptuous meal at Martha's Table restaurant or a relaxing day at the beach. Located in the heart of the Peninsula, Castaway Villa will be the place you never want to leave.
Luxury inclusions: Wireless internet, Netflix, secure Dlug parking for 2 cars, heating and cooling throughout, complimentary linen for all stays & bathroom products.
Boat Berth hire can be obtained by contacting Martha Cove Marina Office Harbour Master. Martha Cover Harbour has 232 berths available for lease and berth sizes range from 10 to 30 metres in length. All berths have power and water available, with larger berths also having 3 phase power. The depth of the marina is 2.4 metres at chart datum.
Complimentary Concierge Service: Our concierge service can assist you with In-house Catering, Relaxation Massages, Beauty Treatments, Yoga and Meditation, Baby-sitting Service, Pantry Stocking, Mid-Stay Clean, Airport Transfers, Chauffeur/Driver Service, Winery Tour. Prepare to be pampered! Prices on application prior to arrival.
Please note: This property is not suitable for toddlers. Port-a-cot and High Chair is available on request.

iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us. We thank you for your understanding.
