Architecturally designed as a 2-storey townhouse, with double lock up garage Beachside Lane is nestled right on the beach on the white sands of Chelsea and will definitely exceed your expectations. This executive retreat has 3 large luxe bedrooms filled with natural light and 2 bathrooms (master with ensuite) and 2 powder rooms. A special feature upstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining and living with fireplace leading you towards the top private balcony with uninterrupted water views stretching right across the white sands of the bay and beyond. The modern kitchen has been finished with a large Calcutta Marble Island bench, modern appliances and furnishings. Beyond the kitchen, on this level is a luxurious master suite with spacious walk-in robes and a dual ensuite bathroom filled with natural light. Alongside the master suite is a powder room and study adjacent to a central open courtyard. Upon entry you will be greeted by rich wood-panelled walls that feature down the hallway and an abundance of natural light showcasing inviting courtyards.
