A 20 minute walk to the Portsea Surf Life Saving Club or a 4 minute drive to the Back Beach of Portsea. A 6 minute drive to Sorrento Village, main street retail shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels, Queenscliff Ferry. The Portsea Golf Club is so close, only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Sensationally elevated, Bass provides an exceptional floor plan. Central open plan lounge, wood burning open fire place, split system air conditioner, wall mounted television, ceiling fans, dining table, spacious kitchen with island bench, ample cupboards, opening out to an expansive decking with outdoor seating & BBQ facilities. 2nd spacious living area with a desk, lounge, television & amazing views.
