From start to finish fantastic communication. The apartment was absolutely spotless with everything in our family needed for our five nights stay. The kids absolutely loved the welcome chocolates on the bed and the little note with the special little gift. The location of the apartment is brilliant with being in close vicinity to Woolworths and a five minute walk to Southbank. Super easy parking at the Crown, which was basically the next building over. Grace had everything ready for us, including towels for the pool which was extremely handy.
