Positioned centrally in the heart of the Education Precinct, this apartment is close to RMIT as well as walking distances to Melbourne University and Trinity College. The location is well complimented with easy access via the tram stop in front of the building and Melbourne Central Station located close by. Your be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. Spacious two bedroom apartment with modern floors and open layout of kiting and living areas. Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 : 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2 : 2 x Single Beds Bedroom 3 : 1 x Sofa Bed Readyset Terms and Conditions/ House Rules: Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found. Check In Requirements: Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation. There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply. Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building. A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival. Very dirty mould on walls windows and stains across couch. Fire alarm not connected and rangehood fire hazard. There was multiple issues, manager offered just a clean to fix it. Not interested in safety and broken items throughout the apartment.
