We also ask that you empty your food in the trash and not into the sink drain. Patio Amenities Sun Loungers -You are welcome to the loungers on the patio. First come first serve, we have 4\. If you move the loungers, please put them back so other guests know you are finished with them. Picnic Benches - We have two picnic benches that are shared amongst the units. You are welcome to relocate them while in use, but please return them back to their spot once you have finished. Adirondack Chairs - Each unit has 2 personal Adirondack chairs for relaxing on your own. If you move the chairs, please move them back to their spot by your sliding glass door. We had the most wonderful time. Everything was as expected when checking in. The owner was accommodating and responded promptly. The beach was almost completely empty most days. It was like our own little secluded area. You just a short drive to downtown and it’s a nice drive. The condo was clean and inviting. The back door literally leads you to the ocean. It is a beautiful view and the wildlife in the area was also spectacular. It was our own little slice of heaven for one week! The sands restaurant right down the road had the best fish dip. The restaurant at the Melby hotel had the best breakfast. Dinner I recommend Ichabod’s the one on dock side is great for dinner. Numerous night clubs and bars in the area for dancing or playing pool. The beach!Write up was a little off.. tv is not 65" nor is it on a tiltable bracket. Which we didnt watch much tv. And it says there are laundry on premises but does not. I feel it might be newer and was just an error on ad.But it was a beautiful studio where you can see the ocean from your bed. Watched sunrises and saw 1 turtle coming to hatch its eggs.
