When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here.
