The quiet flat is located in a three-storey, fully renovated town house built around 1890 with only two tenants. The flat is 45 m² in size and comprises the following rooms: bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven as well as a seating area, separate bathroom with bathtub and washer-dryer and WC. The bedroom and hallway are laid with laminate flooring, the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. It is possible to use the quiet garden behind the house. There is a small playground with a swing and sandpit, garden furniture and a barbecue. The property is fully fenced. There is also a lockable parking space for bicycles.
