Only 400m away (approximately 5 minutes walk), there is an incredible gift of nature, a beautiful, large, sandy beach. This is most famous beach in Medulin and one of the most famous in all Istria. Name of the beach is 'Bijeca' and extends a mile along the coast. The beach is sandy with a nice entrance to the sea which is suitable for children and older people. Young people will be attracted with beach volleyball, and children will be entertained for hours on the water slide and in the water park. Above the sandy beach you can find a place in the shade of trees so you can spend the whole day in relaxation. For this reason, this apartment is especially recommended for families with children. Also, this is an ideal location for those who want an active vacation (walking, jogging, biking, etc.). Nearby there are many kilometers of beautiful seafront promenade for your pleasant recreation. Es ist sehr gemütlich und das Highlight für unsere Kinder war das Obere Zimmer. Man bekommt ein leichtes Gefühl einer Loft. Sie ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage etc. Auf der Galerie stehen 2 Betten und ein Schrank. Ideal für 2 Kinder. Der Balkon hat fast den ganzen Tag Schatten, was vorteilhaft ist. Zum Strand geht man die Straße runter und dann durch eine Gartenanlage. Ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. In das Zentrum mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars ist es ebenfalls ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und doch recht zentral. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus und schattig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt gar nichts zu bemängeln. Wir würden wiederkommen. Medulin ist eine Touristenstadt mit einem kleinen Ortskern an der Kirche. Die Strandpromenade ist sehr lang und steinig. Trotzdem kann man sehr gut baden und findet immer einen Schattenplatz unter den Pinien. Abends haben zahlreiche Bars und Geschäfte am Hafen geöffnet. ##### Sirid K. Einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub in Medulin. Wir waren zwei Familien, 4 Personen. Unseren Ferienwohnung war eine angenehme Aufenthalt. Alles was nur kann man vorstellen war dabei: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Geschirr, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Klimaanlage, Internet. Einziges, dass Treppen, aber das man kann verkraften für 2 Wochen. Besitzer von Ferienwohnung einen sehr netter junger Mann, mit welchem kann man alle Probleme lösen. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen. Für mich allein war dies ideal. Die Lage ist ideal für Tagesausflüge z.B ans Kap Kamenjak, nach Pula oder Rovinj. Negatives: Nicht richtig sauber, schlechte Matratzen, schlechte Lüftung im Badezimmer, Hausflur sehr dreckig, mussten Müll selbst raus stellen, Moskitonetze nicht dicht, Nachts teilweise sehr laut, Sofa sehr unbequem, keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder, Haus ist sehr hellhörig, aktuelle Preise viel zu teuer. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen da wir schönes Wetter hatten und die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Das Haus sieht von außen sehr in die Jahre gekommen aus. In der Wohnung ist nicht alles Top aber ziemlich modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten letztes Jahr reserviert und noch günstig wohnen können. zu den jetzigen Preisen gibt es sicherlich bessere Alternativen. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out waren sehr vorbildlich und die Kommunikation war anfangs Top. Während des aufenthalts gab es keine weiteren Kontake.
