Property under major renovations and was not mentioned when booking. Management trying to operate under difficult conditions.
I have stayed in a lot of others Travelodge , but this place is the most disgusting place that I have been in my life, I can’t believe that Expedia sell this hotel. This place should be condemned, not even an animal should stay there . Stay away from this filthy place

Outdated / but clean enough
Lots of things on the brink of breaking, it looks like
BUT! Morning staff guy was so rude. Because we booked with Expedia - he said “you got a good enough rate - you don’t get a breakfast”
The nice man who checked us in the night before told us about the breakfast and even what was included. Didn’t say anything about not getting one if we booked through Expedia
The guy was just so rude about it. It was like … “ no soup for you!”

Due to covid restrictions we are unable to provide continental breakfast. Keeping our customers safety in mind and with our purpose to serve our guest better we do have grab and go breakfast bags.

Property was not in good condition. We travelled with two dogs and selected it due to it being pet friendly. When I checked in they said they needed to move me to a pet friendly room. This was an old smoking room and the smell was terrible. Then I was charged $10 each dog each night so an additional $60 for our stay. When we entered our room the dog found smarties on the floor so I guess no vacuuming done. Room was not in a state of cleanliness to say the least. Only thing was good location for us.

My family and I stayed here for a night. The hotel was very accessible to the road. Staff were good, parking wasn't bad. The room was fine.
Wifi connection was initially poor as we kept getting connectivity problems. Free breakfast was disappointing.
I have stayed in other Travelodge hotels, I hate to compare but this has to be the worst one I have been. It wasn't anything I ever expected.

I'm so glad you liked the location, hoping to see you again.
No containers for cigarette butts which were laying everywhere! Never cleaned up! Flowers were dry and in need of water. so much more cleaning and maintenance required in the building and outside! The staff was very friendly but the free breakfast was very sparse!

The room was stinky, the fridge fell down when you opened the door, it had never been defrosted, the washroom was always leaking (toilet must cost money) "Free Breakfast" advertised, there was none!

Had the most amazing night front desk attendant. I called front desk from my room to ask where the ice machine was. Since she saw me hobble in with a twisted ankle, she brought ice to my room for me. These small gestures go a long way!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Room was a smoking room I wasn’t aware of so it reeked of smoke, burn holes in the bedding, one of the queen beds had such a crater in the middle it was unusable. The toilet flooded every time you flushed & to top it off the shower mechanism was seized so I couldn’t shower! Whole reason for booking the room on my motorcycle trip across western Canada. Complained to front desk & nothing could be done. I spoke with Manager the next morning and best they could do was refund me $20 off the $100 spent on the room. DO NOT stay here. Go elsewhere! Travelodge should be embarrassed to have this place carry their name!
