Thank you for letting us know! I do apologize about the bed situation. Our pillowtoppers can be very cushy and need to be spread out. That was on our part and I do apologize. As for the plugs, the hutch/honor bar has plugs ontop of it so that you do not need to try and reach the wall plugs. They do blend in very well and I apologize that they were hiding. We do hope to see you again soon to proivde you an even better experience. :)
