I liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a wonderful cafe bistro close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious as well. Would definitely stay here again.

This place isn’t what it’s described as. From the outside it looked okay but once we were ready to check in we had to wait until after 3pm. The room was horrible terrible smell the sheets old and furniture musty we reserved a room with two beds instead they fixed a sofa bed and after it was changed by a single bed with a metal dangerous frame. The receptionist couldn’t refund or or relocate the us we couldn’t stay the room smell was so bad we got nausea. At the end we left and had to find another place to stay with since neither the hotel or the application could assist us. My mom is 65 years old and we were basically left in the street while it rained.
The restroom was okay but really outdated.

Buenas noches reciba un cordial saludo, tuvimos toda las disposición de atender a su requerimiento en todo momento, lamentablemente su comportamiento o actitud no fue la mas cordial con el recepcionista de turno en todo momento usted se mostro negativo al servicio y colaboración del hotel. mientras el hotel le daba soluciones usted dejo mucho que desear como visitante a nuestras instalaciones incluso se esta canalizando directamente con la plataforma su molestia. feliz noche gracias por su comentario

Horrible experience. I paid for a room with air conditioning, minibar, full refrigerator in a one story hotel. When I arrived, I was placed in a room with no air-conditioning, no minibar, no full size refrigerator, had to go down the stairs with luggage, and theyvadvised mento open the barless window and use the fan. They moved mento another room the next day but the owner refused to reimburse me for their false advertising and screw up. It doesn't matter if the hotelnis $30 or $400 a night. You provide what the customer pays for! Waste of a hotel!!!

Ok. But needs to work on things
Not a bad hotel, but it needs a little upkeep. Starting to look run down. Also, too easy to hear all the other guests. 6am and other guests are knocking on each others doors and talking loudly in halls. Then when it was time for breakfast there is nowhere to sit for a long time

FIRST I THOUGHT THIS WAS A PERFECT STAY . AC WORKED PERFECTLY, IT WAS CLEAN THEY GAVE US EXTRA TOWELS EVERYONE WAS NICE AND WELCOMING I FELT SAFE. FAMILY ROOMS WERE AVAILABLE AND THERE WERE ALOT OF EUROPEAN FAMILIES STAYING THERE. AS I WAS WITH MY COUSINS ALL GIRLS CELEBRATING 30TH BIRTHDAY. POOL WAS REALLY NICE TOO.

The Best People
All the staff is wonderful, starting from the manager who help us in different ways. One of them was he was in charge to send some flowers to my aunt. The other way he help us was because we do not know the vicinity and we need to find a barber shop he told us were are some of them, so that's the best people.

Peace, quiet, comfort, and wonderful staff.
I cannot say enough about my recent stay. My room was quiet, clean, cozy, and peaceful which gave me a very comforting rest. The hotel grounds and common areas were clean, well appointed, and very inviting. I love the setting. Eventhough I was in the city, it did not feel like it. I felt like I was staying in a luxury hotel in the countryside. The staff were incredible and so helpful and generous of their time. The manager is a very fine man, too. I love this place. I could make it my home away from home.

Good hotel, but very basic
This is a very good hotel, very basic though... The breakfast was cooked at the moment, which was very cool and food was fresh... Pool is very small People are very kind and nice. Room and facilities are basic but just to get a good night of sleep, it is good and not that expensive! Very quiet neighborhood, nightlife is not the main dish there, but for night life (parque lleras) you can call a uber or a taxi cab that it will cost you between 5000 and 10000 pesos, which is about $3-5 dollars. it is located at around 45 minutes from the airport. Had a good experience there. I only stayed for one night but it was nice and clean!

This is not a 3 star hotel.
The first room was moldy. The second room was right next to the reception area with all the accompaning noise. The light in the bathroom didn't work and instead of fixing it they brought us a desk lamp to put in the bathroom. No place apart from the bed to work on laptop. Bad experience.

Great place, great service
People working there so nice and kind. Very happy to spend family time in the hotel. Even the neiborhod is quiet at 10 min by car you got a couple of shopping to go out for dinner and get fun ;)

Excellent management/staff
The staff were fantastic, most of them speaking English very well. This is a small hotel, with a nice pool that is well kept. The individualized breakfast was small but delicious, especially with the fresh-squeezed orange juice. I prefer the individually cooked breakfast to a buffet as everything was always fresh. The toast could have been more "toasted". Room was clean, but they did put us in a large family room the first night that was in the front, noisy because it is beside the front desk, and very warm in the morning from a.m. sun. No a/c, but fans provided (no ceiling fans). View from our second room was fantastic over the mountains (in the back of the hotel). Again, staff were very helpful in every detail.

Hotel is situated in a neighborhood away from main street about a mile away from Santa Fe Mall. Neighborhood is quite and feels safe. Hotel is slightly renovated but can’t escape time. Moderately old and walls are incredibly thin. Had difficulty sleeping till 1am cause kids were in the hall way talking normally but sounded as if they were in my room. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Lovely property but in a neighbourhood not close to anything without taking a cab. Nearest attraction some upscale malls. Staff had difficulty with English. No information about dining, drink options, hit and miss to find appropriate staff. No safes, no a/c. Bed very hard, room quite sterile but large. Only 1 towel upon arrival, no glasses, no shampoo , no soap. Pool not heated. Charged extras upon check out but never received itemized account (technical difficulties). Flaky wi-fi, very frustrating. Breakfast menu choices limited unless you speak Spanish, some people got different things not on menu.

My wife and kids loved this cozy hotel. Room was large enough for us. Breakfast is very complete, it's not a buffet, however waiter brings a lot of options such as fruits, corn flakes, sandwiches, eggs, arepas, juices and hot chocolate, you just have to make your choices. Staff was very nice and make us feel as a family...almost everybody knows my name because it's a small hotel. It's a walking distance to Santa Fe Mall and Hard Rock Cafe (2 blocks). Nearest Metro station is Aguacatala ( Walking 8 blocks) or Taxi 5,000 pesos (USD $2.50). WiFi free, signal is stronger in the pool area.
