Unbeatable location and great space.
Very nice stay at Aparta. Thrilled with the location and loved having the kitchenette and large living area. View from 18th floor was wonderful. We also loved having a market so close because I have Celiac disease (no gluten) so rely on groceries a lot when I travel. Stairway got a little noisy a few times, but no big deal overall.

We stayed in Affinity Aparta in December 2018. We were completely blown away 1. Bang on location close to all the malls 2. Very friendly staff 3. Excellent staff 4. It's actually a full-fledged luxury apartment. Probably first instance where I was undersold and over-delivered. Don't think of any other place if you want to stay in Medellin.

On December 31 st. Me and my cousin got stock in the elevator and had to wait a good 45 minutes before we could get out. We could not understand a word of Spanish and they kept talking to us in Spanish and no one was there to Translate to us. Finally they pulled us out from in between the floors 8 and 9 of the elevator with the help from the hotel staffs. This situation was very stressful for us both. On January 2nd. as we got back from lunch were surprised to see a repair man in our kitchen replacing the damaged trim on the floor. The smell of the glue was so strong that we had to leave the room. Overall we are very disappointed with the service.

Awesome place
Very friendly staff and nice big rooms in a great area. The breakfast was really good and I would highly recommend this hotel. It was right across from a mall and great food in the area.

The place is amazing near everything you need in walking distance and the staff are friendly and take pride in cleaning well everyday. Also the option of breakfast at your room no extra charge is amazing. Definitely recommend if you visit medellin..

Beautiful hotel. The rooms have air conditioning (not all in Medellin have). Hotel has a beautiful restaurant with a varied menu and good breakfast. They prepare breakfast at your door if you wish without additional cost (very convenient if you have a tour in which they come to pick you up early). Very well maintained, clean room and super spacious. Very kind employees, especially Omar. The hotel is next to Oviedo Mall and Santa Fe mall. Everything was excellent.

A large, spacious unit with a kitchen, sitting/dining area and separate bedroom. The hotel's location is ideal - a quick 2 minute walk to a 24 hour grocery store, shopping mall and restaurants. Best of all, the hotel is incredibly quiet with first-class staff. Strongly recommend.

great people here
All the workers are great. The views from the hotel are really nice. The rooms are clean and there are two malls with grocery stores in them right across the street. I really like the people who work at this hotel. They work hard to take care of us. They do not sneak in hidden charges like some other hotels do (extra taxes, hotel insurance you already paid for, etc.). They are honest and straight forward here. It is good to be around good people and that is what this hotel has.... really good people !

From arriving to leaving the most attentive people that you will find. Breakfast in the room was wonderful, specially when you want to eat feeling like home. Evening pastries and juice excellent usually typical goodies . Clean and spacious. Close to everything will love to live here. Beautiful city with beautiful people, safe area and great shopping . Great views and location
The room was nice and clean with amazing views as the hotel starts on floor 9. The bed however was so hard that we had to put another comforter on the bed to make it easier to sleep on. The hotel staff was ok at best in the actual hotel but the restaurant staff was excellent. Great connection to Oviedo mall but the front desk staff and bed need some attention.

Nice Apartment in Safe Neighborhood.
I stayed here on a recent business trip. The location is perfect. It is near two shopping malls and there are lots of food choices in the immediate area. The hotel also has room service and a restaurant. I didn't try the restaurant but I had room service once and the quality of the food was good and it was delivered within 20 minutes as promised. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is in the bedrooms only which wasn't a problem for me but might be for some people. The staff was very professional. The free wi-fi worked properly the entire trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Not much wrong.....
Great location next to Oviedo Mall. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above average. The only thing negative I can say is they don't fill up your coffee fast enough at breakfast...they should make it self service so you can get it when you want.

Good hotel, safe, friendly staff, good location.

Great hotel with great location
Awesome service from the hotel staff. Very friendly and attentive. My fifth time staying at the hotel and they have been consistent overall. The new Verranda restaurant is very cozy and offers a variety of delicious food.

We showed up and were treated great. Quickly given our room. Room service was easy. There were no mechanical problems, (The door key worked). Breakfast was good and on time. Everything was clean. All my questions were happily answered. They came and cleaned everyday. The people who came into the room were pleasant to me and my novia. The security were nice also.

Nice hotel on a safe and quiet location
Nice location, near two malls (Plaza Oviedo & Plaza Santa Fe). The facility includes a little kitchen that comes handy to prepare some meals and save some money when you are planning to stay for long periods. Carrulla (the supermarket) is really closed to the hotel. A very helpful staff.

A treasure at affordable price in perfect location
Perfect location with beautiful views of the city from our 20th floor balcony. Very spacious apartments and delightful extras like cooked breakfast served at our door and complimentary evening snacks also brought to the door. One of our favorite hotels ever.

Excellent Location.
Walk across the street to a nice mall with grocery store, or walk across the other street to another even more amazing mall. The weather is great, staff are helpful abd understand English. The main bathroom layout is not ideal, but the apartment had 1 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen was minimal but functional. The view of the city abd mountains is excellent. Great breezes.
