Het ligt in een stiltegebied, boven op een helling met schitterend uitzicht over het Geuldal. Achter het huisje ligt een prive-terras dat grenst aan de huiswei waarin je kunt genieten van het uitzicht. Voor het huisje ligt een weitje waar een trampoline staat en waar kinderen kunnen spelen. De keuken is voorzien van een ijskast met vriesvak, oven, magnetron en koffie apparaat. De woonkamer is gezellig ingericht en voorzien van een tv. Iedere slaapkamer is voorzien van een vaste wastafel met spiegel. U kunt een lakenpakket reserveren zodat u zelf geen beddengoed mee hoeft te nemen. Kosten hiervan zijn € 10,- pp. Handdoeken en theedoeken moet u zelf meenemen. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid bij het huisje. Optioneel is er ook nog een zolderkamer te huren waar twee 2-persoonsbedden en twee 1-persoonsbedden staan. Hiervoor wordt een meerprijs berekend. Natuur en omgeving De naastgelegen bossen en weilanden nodigen uit om te wandelen en te fietsen. Er lopen verschillende goed aangegeven fiets- en wandelroutes langs ons terrein. In het dorp is een fietsverhuur voor mensen die zelf geen fiets meenemen. Behalve genieten van de natuur kun je in de omgeving ook genieten van cultuur. De mooie oude steden Maastricht en Aken zijn in een half uur te bereiken. Of wat dacht u van een bezoek aan het Drielandenpunt bij Vaals, het Gaja Park een prachtige dierentuin, of Mosaqua een subtropisch zwemparadijs in het nabij gelegen Gulpen. ## Property amenities ### Internet - Huis was erg netjes, goede locatie, prachtig uitzicht (we waanden ons in Toscane), leuk voor kinderen/tieners. In Mechelen zit een heerlijke bakker, een supermarkt en een verswinkel. Boscafé het Hijgend hert zit op nog geen 10 min afstand. Hier kun je prachtig wandelen en eten/drinken. We hebben er met acht volwassenen verbleven, en het was net groot genoeg hiervoor. De streek biedt vele mogelijkheden: plaatselijk wandelen, of in de Voerstreek, of zelf het nationaal park Noorderkempen; cultuur en shopping in Aken en Maastricht.
