This hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the Haram. The hotel also offers free parking for guests which is very good. I will stay in this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Too much crowded and limited number of staffs to handle. Doors keys have too much issues with most of guests so you've to keep going up and down many times with crowds again.

Good hotel to stay during the holy month. Staff were very friendly. Clean rooms. Although rate is higher than expected and breakfast buffet was very basic for a 5-star hotel.

Cost is commensurate with the service
In general the price is commensurate with the nature of the hotel. Reception services are very limited and do not go beyond the provision of the room. The restaurant for the breakfast is poor, quality of food not good, and the overt environment is not encouraging. Elevators are slow and not sufficient.

I booked the king size bed.when I got there they give us 2 twin size bed then I have to go and ask them to change to king size.the front desk didn’t speak English so it was so hard to make him understand

This is a nice hotel. Good position and amenities. Clean and well serviced. Rooms are spacious and plenty of tea/coffee. Food is also very good. However. During our stay there was a fire and the hotel was evacuated. This wasn’t the hotels fault, but their attitudes, service and people skills were absolutely shocking. Very rude, uncaring and no inclination at all as to the stress and position of hundreds of guests left stranded in a foreign country. All they were concerned about was dodging refunds and getting the situation sorted in their favour for as cheap as possible. Staff had no clue what they were doing and the management were all hiding in back rooms avoiding the situation. I shudder to think what would have happened if the fire had been during the night because the management procedures were shambolic.

Hard time at Infinity Hotel
It was the hardest experience we have ever had. Since we arrived, the reception wasn't warm, we spent more than 1.5 hours running between the booking office and the reception counter because of the wrong booking information, in order to get family rooms. Then after reaching the rooms, one was acceptable for us but the 2nd was below expectations, as no sofa , no bad for a 3rd member of a family. The 1st night I slept on the floor. On Friday afternoon, the hotel caught fire and the Civil Defense intervened to save the situation, thanks for God, there were no human casualties. We spent the rest of the day, outside the hotel. Then after sunset the civil defense give his report and ordered to evacuate the hotel to save human lives and avoid any risk of a new fire. Hajj and Umrah Committee started evacuating the hotel guests to other hotels, where still having vacancies، even they downgraded to 3 & 4 Star hotels in order to find them a place to sleep for that night As it was high season, most of the hotels were fully booked and many guests spent their night sleeping in the lobbies. We slept badly , waiting for the sunrise to prepare ourselves to return to our city Riyadh. Morning we praied

1) I booked two non-smoking Deluxe suits, one for 2 adults and the other for 3 adults and one child. Both suits should have one king bed and accommodation for the third adult and one child in the second suit. Howevrr, when we artived we were given one king size suit and the other was smoknig suit with 3 single (twin beds) which can barely accommodate one adult each. When we asked about the child, we were told that he does not count. And since they have no child cotte, if we wanted to have a bed for the cild we would have to pay 60 SAR for each night, that is 180 SAR for the 3 nights, which we ended dping because no we you can accommodate anything more than one adult on the provided beds. 2) The AC in the room on 7th floor makes very loud noice when it turns on. 3) There is no routine house keeping, you need to ask for it 4) The breakfast is good. Had a lot of varieties of food. 5) The Haram is at least 10 minutes away, the Kaba takes a lot more time to reach depending on the congestion. Going from Haram to the hotel is uphill walk and can be a challenge if you are older. 6) There is shopping and restaurants around the hotels. 7) The staff are generally helpful.

The hotel is very near haram very clean and the staffs are very polite not sure why people leave negative feedback on our stay we have stayed over 17 nights thru the busiest time of ramadhan every day anything we needed they given us thank you again as sadly not available for last 10 days hopefully next year we will book for thr hole month

I checked in at 4:15 AM and there was one receptionist and no other guests at the counter, he made me wait for 15 minutes before check in without any explanation. During check in, he asked me if i would like my meal to be Iftar or Sohoor and I chose Iftar, Next morning I asked the same receptionist (slim guy with glasses) if i can switch Iftar with Sohoor, he said that I have to come afternoon and ask the manager !!! Other receptionists were more helpful than and friendly him. Rooms and toilet were same as the photos good space and clean, bed was very comfortable, bedding and towels looked brand new. Food was Ok and check out was quick. so many seating areas at ground floor which we used after checking our and before going to airport Hotel is 15 minutes walk from hotel and has more than 10 elevators in different locations, they get busy before prayer times. Over all it was good stay

Good comfortable hotel. Breakfast was excellent with different buffet option each day. The hotel staff was good. You have to call for house keeping every day as they don't come by themselves. Rooms are specious. Bathroom was good. There was a leak but was fixed my maintenance straight away. The room itself was good with an AC. However one of the mattrasses required replacing. 10/15 minutes walk to Masjid Al Haram. Money Exchange is just opposite the hotel. Plenty of restaurents and shops nearby. Only negative was that I felt slightly discriminated by a Saudi guy at reception who to it seemed as if he was prioritising Arab speaking people over me. This was on checking-out. I am British Pakistani. Apart from this the rest of the Saudi staff was good. On checking into the hotel things were fine. Guys at reception were helpful. There is also a mosque nearby and a mosque within the hotel itself.

The lobby is nice but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. 15 min from haram doesn’t sound much but it’s actually quite a walk. Poor breakfast quality, very poor communication skills as nobody understands English. Definitely definitely avoid.
