When i came to check in. The receptionist refused to check me in because of some issue between the hotel and Expedia regarding the payment. I had to wait with my family at the reception for about two hours to resolve this issue. Even though, the payment was already paid through Expedia. The management paid zero attention and asked me to call Expedia to resolve this issue.
+ my reservation included a free breakfast buffet where the receptionist stated that it is only include one person while the room is for two persons.
The staff there are the rudest i have ever dealt with (at least the one that i have met) and i do not recommend this hotel at all.
