A beautiful hotel! The entire staff was kind, skilled, and professional. Jonah greeted us when we arrived and made my son and I feel welcome and special. Both the rooftop and lobby bars were perfect. The rooms are cozy, clean, and modern. I love this place and will definitely stay there when I go back to Toronto. If you’re even considering this hotel just book it. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful hotel and spacious room. Very comfortable bed and everyone working at hotel was friendly and helpful. My room faces the main street and I could hear siren in the middle of the night. I would stay here again despite of the uncontrollable noise.

There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady.

"Always love the Chelsea. Dog friendly, great staff and amenities. Should have free nuts at the bar so as to avoiding making the bartender TELL the folks staying at the hotel, eating at the restaurant and drinking at the bar, that he has to charge $2 for the nuts. That’s embarrassing for everyone. ..."
