Absolutely disgusting. The couch bed wasn’t cleaned - there was vomit, faeces, urine all over it. The Kitchenette was filthy and the lights were so dim you couldn’t see. We left immediately after looking at the room. They charged my card immediately upon check in and I have not received a refund. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’m so angry I was not given a refund immediately.

When checking in, I asked what the cost would be to have a later check out of 1pm, was told it wasn’t possible. then I was first given a smoking room that smelled horrible, immediately went to the front desk. Then it took quite awhile for the front desk clerk to switch my room.

The room in the picture is not what you get. The pool was under repair and has been for a long time. There are hardly any channels on the tv. We read reviews of bed bugs after we checked in. We checked the beds and they were clean and kept our things in the bathroom just in case. The breakfast had very little to choose from.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Previously it left lots to be desired the smoke free rooms smelt of smoke, and it never seemed super clean. When we visited this time the hotel smelt noticeable clean and the smell of smoke was gone. They had repainted and improved the room we stayed in. I would actually recommend to stay here now.

Creepy and sketchy
I didn’t even check in. When I drive up to the hotel, I saw too many sketchy inebriated people lingering in the parking lot. Peeking into vehicles. Dangerous looking people. I was afraid to get out of my car. So I drove to a different hotel (also a Wyndham hotel) and got a room there.

Pool wasn’t available, The vanity are way over sized for the washroom in the room, The vanity took up comfortable toilet space which made using the washroom very uncomfortable. Not big boy friendly. Guests across the hall were in full party mode and were knocking at the door throughout the night.

Very dated and musty. Check in employee was terribly rude, stated there would be no rooms clean and available to check in before the stated 3:00pm. Got put in smoking rooms and had a headache all night. First room they checked us into had the door propped open and hadn’t even been cleaned. Exterior had flower pots growing weeds and garbage in the ground. I would not recommend until they gave it a good cleaning and updating. Oh and don’t advertise you have a pool.

We didn’t stay, hotel smelt bad, no pool, blood on sheets. The front desk man was very friendly and helpful. We checked in and left within 30 min. He said we would not be charged for our time spent.

BED BUGS
BEDBUDS!!!!! It has been three days since my visit and the bed bug bites keep appearing. More and more itchy red bites in a row on my shoulders, arms and thighs. I am so mortified. I am having to heat wash all my belongings and treat the terrible bites. Service was poor. Waited in the lobby a while to check in. No bell. I called out with no reply. Pool and hot tub were closed without prior warning. I can not get over the bed bugs.

The rooms were very clean, but also extremely tiny. We had a room with King sized bed and there is only enough room to have a little table on one side of the bed. Also the breakfast included was very disappointing. Everything is prepackaged, the only thing that wasn’t was the pancakes and the machine that makes them wasn’t working.

Friendly staff. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is bit old but clean. Swiming pool still have closed sign due to COVID so seem like it is closed for almost 3 years. Need a bit faster internet connection and more parking. Will come again!

This hotel needs to be knocked down. Really run down. Paid 150.00 a night for a hotel that should be permanently closed. Very old, smelly, our floor in our room felt like we were going to fall through. Advertised a pool and hot tub. Hasn’t been open in years.

Poor value for the dollar. Rates on par with 3 star, but honestly a 1 1/2 star at best. Room had rancid smoke smell. That said, beds were comfortable. Not worth $132 a night.

Pool was drained, excercise room closed, the room was snappy the tub had dirt rings in it and the room was in great need of renovation. The WHOLE hotel is in GREAT need of renovations! Will never stay there again.
