Amazing Place to Stay!!

This Gem was so peaceful and welcoming! Communication was quick. The home was clean and had everything a person could need to make the stay perfect! I highly recommend this vacation spot! We will definitely stay there again if we are in Colorado!!! 5 stars all the way!!

Delightful Stay

We chose to stay here instead of getting a hotel while visiting our daughter in Longmont. So glad we did! The dwellings were clean and well appointed. The host thought of all needs and the upstairs rooms and decor were very welcoming and well equipped. We didn’t want for anything. Plenty of space to hangout and enjoy time together. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Wedding in Berthoud

We had a wedding to attend in Berthoud, CO. This was the perfect place to stay. The location - it's really close to everything - Johnstown, Berthoud, Loveland, Greeley, Estes Park - we were close to quite a bit. The property is beautiful, the place is clean and the hosts (present & past) were awesome! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place!

Quiet retreat

We enjoyed the view, outdoor space, friendly and helpful owners, pups and indoor space. They thought of many details inside as if they were staying there. Highly recommend.

GEM on theLake

Wow. What a great place amd great hosts. Everything was better than expected. Close to so many things. Boulder, Fort Collins, Denver, hiking and more. Hosts went ou of there way to make sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Pictures don't do it justice!!

I knew the property would be pretty based on the pictures but it was so much better in person. The property had almost everything we needed and Margaret was helpful with the very few things I needed help with. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely PERFECT.

We can't say enough about how phenomenal this stay was. Ron and Margaret are the best hosts EVER. This home is welcoming, quiet, clean, safe, and beautiful. We stayed for a month and didn't want to leave! We will return ASAP.

Perfection

We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, welcoming destination for our trip. The accommodations were outstanding. The home and surrounding landscaping are just beautiful. Best of all, was the warmth and hospitality extended to us by Margaret and Ron. We eagerly look forward to returning and the opportunity to see Margaret and Ron again.

Perfect for Our Purpose

This location was perfect for us. Near our son’s home outside Longmont. The setting was wonderful quiet and beautiful. The hosts respected our privacy but were there when we had questions. The unit itself was great. Very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen is small but we managed to cook three dinners and holiday cookies there. We’d stay again while visiting with our son.

A beautiful, peaceful getaway!

Margaret and Ron are the perfect hosts. Their property is absolutely tranquil and so much space to spread out and explore. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The upstairs apt feels nothing like an apt. It became our home for 3 days with plenty of room to settle in and be at peace. We will be back. 😊

A Little Piece of Heaven in Colorado

These amazing, kind and caring humans allowed us to experience a part of their every day and it was beautiful. Margaret and Ron were so accommodating to our changing family party and we are so thankful. Never once did we have to worry about anything. We spent our time enjoying our first grandchild’s wedding. Thank you both for everything. We are already talking about our return trip to just do nothing but take it all in.
