"This place is great if you have a large group, like a family reunion, and has lots of space and privacy. It is rural, but still within 20 minutes of a huge HEB in Marble Falls. My family all loved this place so much that we started talking about next years trip on the last morning we were there. The host was super great at communicating and the place was clean. "

"Great place to unwind with the family and enjoy the outdoors. Dealing with the management company is a bit of a pain: you pay a booking fee with VRBO, but the remaining balance via the management company's app. It doesn't always work, requiring some back-and-forth via their message system. At the time of booking, you're basically agreeing to full time monitoring by the company, but I only saw a single outdoor camera while staying. The home is great but could use a little TLC. Some amenities like the fireplace and outdoor shower weren't functional at the time of my visit. The mattresses may be a bit overdue for replacement, some of the blinds need a bit of repair, and the main bedroom fan remote was missing with the speed locked to "hurricane mode." The lower recreational area needs a bit of a cleanup as well with some maintenance on the equipment. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives: amazing view, quiet location, with a lot of activities to keep the family engaged. "
