"This is an absolutely charming house in a wonderful location. It's very close to Dinosaur National Monument, so it's a perfect place to stay if you are traveling there or anywhere in the area. It is easy to find with GPS and easy to access with the code. The home itself is quaint, cozy, and clean. The beds were very comfortable for both the adults and children. While it is a small house, it is set up so nicely that it feels roomy and very welcoming.Communication with the host was wonderful and we felt very much at home."

"The room we had was not very big and the bed seemed to be a little smaller than my queen bed. The floors in the entryway and entry doors were dirty as well as the elevator walls. But the room was clean and fresh. The continental breakfast was good. The staff was very nice. The grounds were a bit unkempt and maybe because of the drought this year. Would I stay here again, sure it was nice enough."

"The check-in went smoothly and the front desk lady was so nice. We had a late night check in and she still took the time to explain everything. Then when we got to the room to shower it was big and spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend the hotel it if you end up in the middle of nowhere it’s just what you need."

"Room was very clean. The entire property was clean but the hallways and other common areas looked tired. Yes, the hallways had been painted recently, but they painted over old bubbled wall paper! The property woukdcrealky benefit from an actual remodel. Breakfast was adequate to good. Coffee was week and not great tasting."
