No hair dryers in the room. Having am extra waffle iron would help. No staff came to the desk when we were checking out, rang the buzzer and no one came to the desk. The fridge in the room was dirty.

I have stayed at the Concourse in the past and loved it. Unfortunately, this time the room was not up to standard. It had a musty odor. It didn’t have all the usual amenities in the bathroom, and the windows were not triple glazed, so street noise was pronounced.

everything was perfect. the restaurant within the hotel had great quality. the room was clean. the staff were great. i was impressed that they had free laundry machine and dryer for guests to use.

We came here becauae the first hotel we checked into was gross and we weren't staying. The front desk staff was wonderful and kind. The room was so nice. Bathroom was spacious, beds were very comfortable, everything was nice and clean. Very glad we made the switch!
