I normally only leave good reviews for hotels but this one really just needs to have some things changed. I stayed for a week and noticed I only had the room clean once which is fine but I ran out of towels and on my last day the staff left my door open. I don’t know when they cleaned my room but I didn’t get back until 6:30pm after leaving at 6am and it was just wide open. Nothing was stolen thank goodness but it scared me really bad. I told the front desk lady but I wasn’t even sure what else to do. Also it’s just surface level cleaning in the room like there was hair all in the bathroom and just random stains everywhere.

The hotel was very comfortable. Very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good. Had different things to choose from. Staff was very friendly.

Booked a suite for 5 people 6 months before arrival. Called week before to confirm. Drove 10 hours got to the property , no suites available. Front staff rude. Blamed Orbitz booking, seems to be a scam. By time you get to the property multiple suites have been sold and reality they do not have any available. Then your stuck getting a second room or roll out bed that doesn’t even fit in the room. Even more damning in the parking lot got on line and sure enough suite available, even through there were none. Very disappointing. And the staff and dirty room made it even worse. Only saving grace, the lady making breakfast was the nicest person and the food was good.

Our room did not have air conditioning and there were no other suitable rooms available. The only other available room did not have a working bathroom so we chose to leave for a full refund.

My family were attending a wedding in Brookhaven last weekend and my three daughters and other family stayed at the Holiday Inn. Based on reviews we thought it would be a ‘comfortable’ place to stay for a short visit - We were not expecting luxury - Hoping for cleanliness and not very old furnishings. Try he toilets only had the capability of being flushed every 20 minutes because of water pressure. A moldy smell in the rooms made my daughters feel ill. I don’t like to leave bad reviews however hoping to provide a service yo other travelers. Always hoping for fair and honest opinions myself when planning

Average Facility - construction was going on and workers we’re leaving a rock to prop the door open for ease of entry/exit however what good is a locked door if it isn’t shut. An animal had entered and done their business just inside the entry - NOT a welcome sight!
