Nice washer and dryer. Bath tub was very slippery. Parking was sometimes a challenge. (There were fewer parking spaces than there were units… so if all units were filled there would be someone who had to find somewhere else to park. We invited a friend over for dinner one evening, and they had to park a couple blocks away. The condo was a hop skip and a jump to Ponderosa State Park where we spent a fair amount of time, and it was also within walking distance to downtown.
