Location was great with lots of dining and shops, easy to get places. The property itself is older and needs an update. Not terrible, just old. Views are wonderful but the street out front is LOUD - thankfully the AC is loud enough to drown out most of it. Great to have the option for the airport shuttle (extra), and the staff was helpful. Restaurant onsite was ok, pools were nice, beach access great, and the locals are wonderful. Would stay again if we could get one of their remodeled units.

We all enjoyed our stay at The Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean everyday. We all enjoyed the location of the resort, right on the beach. The resort is close to many restaurants and shopping across the street and down the street. We would stay again in the future.

very noisy, in severe need of a remodel, high price for what you get, and I had to leave early due to an emergency and no refund (or comp or partial refund)for the 2 nights coildnt use the room.

Customer service is great. Rooms get cleaned daily. Body wash in both our baths were not refilled. Rooms are clean. Towels get replaced only if asked or set a certain in the restroom. Towels for the pool was a long time. I was tired of walking to ask that once’s they told they where coming I waited in line

Staff was nice and ready when needed. Both pools areas were well kept and not to busy. Drinks were good, food was ok, bed’s we ok. Easy access out front to red trucks, uber, taxi’s, and Pulmonia’s. Easy walk (beach or sidewalk) to nearby shops, hotels, restaurants. Café 1531 (in hotel) great coffee, comparable to Dunkin Donuts. Some people in the lobby were pushy about going to there “Non timeshare” timeshare presentation. As we walked thru the lobby. Staff was not super helpful with loud and rowdy group after 1am.

This property was beautiful and great location staff was super nice and helpful. Only down side is that when I called and confirmed room I requested an ocean view and they confirmed and when we checked in they wanted to charge over 200 extra for change of room. Also didn’t like how every time we walked out of the lobby we kept getting bombarded by the staff about promotion and memberships for the hotel. Other than that great.

The view, the massage, Painting white blank pottery, the staff and their assistance, I didn't appreciate the loud bingo noise. Virtually no money available. the way the potery painting area has been reduced to a very cramped area

Had a problem with airport transportation, but I believe this is booked with another company via P.B. Only other issue was the sofa bed- terribly uncomfortable, didn’t sleep.

Start to finish we enjoyed our week stay at this hotel. Excellent value for your vacation dollar. The pools were warm and nicely maintained. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The grounds are very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mazatlán

Seems that Expedia customers are assigned to the noisiest part of the resort. Expedia .ca misled us on information about our original resort selection, Cabo de Oro by stating it had no elevators, when in fact it does. This mistake cost us at least a $ 1000.00 .

The studio was large and very open concept. I have stayed at this Hotel quite a few times in the past and probably will not again. I remember them remodeling this section years ago but it is in need of lots of repair already. It even seemed like part of the furniture was missing. Door key not working properly. Overall condition just not up to the price paid.

nice property close to everything and very clean just didn’t like how the staff was on you for any little thing if they saw you even walking with a beer in your hand near the pool they were already on you to throw it away if you hang a towel on the balcony they are immediately calling your room multiple times they don’t have on site parking either you have to park pretty far away from the property .

I definitely will never stay at this place again. The room that we got was in poor condition. The bathroom room door wouldn't lock. The front door wouldn't lock unless maneuvered a certain way. My request for a room change fell on deaf ears.

Overall the property was very clean, staff very nice and professional. Location is perfect. Only 1 negative thing was the elevator. We stayed in the main building and only 1 working elevator so it was hectic getting onto elevator and would take forever to finally get on. We were on the 10th floor we did have to take the stairs several times.
