My room was nice .... except the fan wasn't working and the lights didn't work either and the air conditioning unit didn't go on until my last night there a service man told me that I had to insert my room key into the hanger by the door for everything to work.... Well great but still nothing work and to make matters worst my sink was clogged up I reported it right away and when I checked out it was still clogged. I will never return to this hotel.

Great location right on the beach, great staff. Lots of great dining options in the area. Local bus out front. Beach can get noisy at times, but quite at night. They seem to loose everyones reservation so be prepared to take extra long at checkin. There is no WIFI as advertised. Its only a hotspot from a cell phone by the front desk only. No wifi anywhere else. Hotel needs a major renovation, looks like the rooms haven't been updated since the 80's.

Falta remodelacion la taza del baño esta suelta es muy incomodo bañarse en una tina muy antigua le. Falta más precencia ala abitacion tiene muy buena ubicación como para k este en esas condiciones todo muy pasado de la actualidad fue mi primera ves que me hospede cuando mire el hotel por Internet se miraba todo muy bonito y fue todo lo contrario ojalá aya cambios para poder volver esto es u a critica constructiva ni me lo tomen a a mal

Horrible experience photos of the property are completely outdated booked because it was one of the very few that said pet friendly the room we got was on the 1st floor and pretty gross (even for me who is usually not picky) the staff was rude I took pictures of the room was not expecting 5 stars but deff not motel look, I am glad we only booked for one night I wish I could get my money back not work $150

The location for this place is amazing. The best beach in all mazatlán is where this hotel is located at. Too bad the hotel itself it’s falling apart. Nothing works correct. It’s too old and nobody cared to do upkeep at all. The pool was not usable in three weeks that we stayed there. Good thing the best beach is there. The staff makes up for the “condemned” place. They are friendly and very attentive. At least, that was my experience with them.

Please be aware that the pictures are not real!! The hotel is extremely dirty and everything seems to be broken, not all rooms have AC nor tv , they forced us to pay extra for breakfast even though it was included. Threatened me and my family out of the facility.

Awful service my reservation was made to be able to have 4 people in the room. I was charged extra for a third person. There were towels and toilet paper missing, I requested them to be brought to the room since I checked in and never had them delivered, I had to ask one of the cleaning people for towels and toilet paper the next day. For next time I will wait to get a hotel when I arrive there.

The rooms were terrible. The ceiling was falling apart. The tub was dirty. They give you one sheet on the bed. No wifi. TV did not work. The elevator button only worked to go up and it was barely working.

Disgusting property
This hotel needs to be permanently closed down. There has been no renovations done in the almost 30 or so years that it has been open. When this property was the Fiesta Inn this was a wonderful property. The management here only cares about collecting money. There is mold in the bathrooms and the dresser drawers are disgusting. The food also around the pool area is disgusting. The staff around the pool like to add items to the bill that were not ordered in the hopes that you will not notice. This hotel needs to be permanently closed down.

The room was not clean well,my toliet was liking water i inform 3 times they never came.i pay for wifi and the room was no internet ,i will need to go to the lobby so i can have internet.the employees were nices,everyone so friendly but i think they need to make sure the wifi works and make sure the rooms are clean well.even i found a few bug at the room,this is not the first time i rent a hotel on mazatlan and this one was horrible,sorry for the bad feedback but i dont one someone happen for the same things i did.

The most horrible hotel I've ever been to. The water and electricity went out twice. We reserved 3 different rooms and all of them were bad. Staff very rude and dismissive. I reviewed this hotel in youtube, yelp and other atforms to see other people's experiences and honestly it was not as pictured. I would not recommend this hotel. To the piint that i wanted to stay other people who werw checking in to seek elsewhere. Pool was dirty, food took forever.....the only okay thing was the beachfront and banda. Will never stay here again. A motel would be better than this.

Property was dirty elevator didn’t work most of the time we had to use stairs from the fifth floor and room was never fully clean they were stingy with toilet paper and towels we were 3 they always only gave us two we had to ask daily worst stay ever

There was nothing salvageable about this property, service, staff. All were just terrible in all areas. Very old; deferred maintenance is pretty extreme; we were switched rooms four (4) yes, four different times. Dirty toilet; no power; dirty rooms; etc… the problems were found in all the rooms regardless what floors they tried putting us in. Will never stay there again

Hotel is run down, need to take a lot of care, mold on the ceiling, elevators don’t work, needs a lot of maintenance, next time will stay in a different hotel, for the price I could have stayed in a better hotel!
