Winters Farm Cottage is a converted former stables, perfect for two.  It is located near the owner's house but has is own privacy, outside area and stunning countryside views.  The interior has been designed with comfort and cosiness in mind - there is under floor heating, a wood burning stove and French doors to the garden.  The property will accept one dog and there are public footpaths from the cottage.  The historic town of Mayfield is 2 miles away and has a small high street which includes a shop and couple of pubs, both serving local food and they also accept pets. The area is perfect for walking and cycling, being close to Bewl Water and Bedgebury Forest.  There are historic houses, castles and famous gardens nearby.  Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away and is famous for its cafe culture and shopping. Rye is in the opposite direction and famous for its smugglers and cobbled streets.  The Sussex coastline is 18 miles away and runs for miles, perfect for beach activities, walking the dog and fish and chips. Brighton is also an easy drive away.
