"The day I arrived I clearly showed I rented 2 separate rooms. Manager couldnt hlep me fix issue. I called hotel.com to fix problem. The agent kept calling front desk and they wouldnt answer. I tried to put the manager on the phone from my cell but manager denied. And told the agent to call the front desk. But hell they wouldnt answer it. I went to sit in the car till the agent finally spoke to them. Took 1 1/2 to resolve. Room had a big hole in the bed skirt. The bathroom shower knob pulls off. Shower handle didnt work. They came to clean room took all the towels and didnt replace. Worst experience I have ever had. Next time ill go down the road and pay them $788.00."

"The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The room lighting was poor. Worst part was paper thin walls- noisy neighbors kept me awake and when they went to bed, I could hear loud snoring so sleep was very interrupted and I was only there because I missed a late night flight. "

"I signed a waiver for no smoking, but the entire hotel smelled like pot and cigarette smoke so that defeated the purpose. Water pressure in the shower was subpar and barely warm all the way on hot. Carpet flooring was sticky in places. Paint peeling/ scratches in lots of places. Added a $50 fee that I was not made aware of before booking. We will not be returning to this hotel. "
