Good location and friendly staff. However few issues that doesn't make it 5 star in my eyes - bed sheets had a couple of stains on it, housekeeping did change it promptly when requested, but this really should not happen at a five star hotel. Also checked in to the room and no complimentary water was available, rang reception to request some, waited for over an hour and no water was delivered. Otherwise than that room was good size, fantastic views and good location

Although I am pleased to read that you found the hotel's location very central and that the staff were very hospitable, I am sorry to learn that you experienced several issues in your room. In regards to the complimentary water, this is only delivered late afternoon in Executive Rooms, and Suites, and for Silver, Gold, and Diamond Hilton Honors members, so I apologise if this was not the case for you.
On a positive note, I am glad that you found your room spacious, and that you were impressed with the views.
