The room was very clean and had a great view. The staff was really helpful. You do have to park across the street, but if you don’t mind walking couple minutes this place is great.

The property was very central to the Graslin area with plenty of nearby places to eat.
The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful when asked for advice re using the public transport system, places to visit, where to eat etc.
The breakfast in the hotel was adequate but for the price could have been better.

Very nice. Had to switch rooms because the air conditioner didn’t work but got a much nicer room with a view of the river. We got free parking because of the VIP thing so saved 14. Breakfast was a 12 euro buffet, we skipped because we don’t eat that much for breakfast.

A lovely hotel in a really convenient location, not far from the train station and also close to Europcar. Also very near the river. Breakfast was good, especially the cheeses.
