Bra, noe AV personalet var uprofesjonelt og lite service instilt, spesielt damen i håndklestanden. Forøvrig veldig fint område , sjøkant, strand og basseng. Ta med solkrem! Ekstremt dyrt på hotellet

My stay was most relaxing, the staff was very pleasant. The resorts facilities was excellent. It was very conveniently located so I di not have to travel far from where I needed to be. five star service , five star resorts, very pleased will definitely return

Klasse Hotel und perfekter Urlaub. Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das gesamte Personal stets sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und sauber allerdings nicht mehr ganz modern.

Decent hotel - maybe time to redo and refresh rooms . Our room was very close to the path from the beach - no curtains/blinds provided , so we had to keep the shutters closed all the time. A problem arose with the hotel trying to charge as much as possible for every possible extra , to the extent that this resulted in constant arguments , but clearly the staff are told that revenue is more important than customer satisfaction . Food was good

excellent hôtel de luxe à Maurice

L'hôtel vient de fêter ses 25 ans, pourtant on retrouve aussi bien tout les équipements et services qu'on attend dun hotel de luxe mais aussi la maturité dun hôtel bien construit et agencé dès le départ pensé pour durer longtemps. Nous avons apprécié les nombreuses activités sportives (Golf, ski nautique, voiles, yoga..) sans compter le SPA avec du personnel très qualifié. Côté bémols: la qualité Wifi, côté activité nautique, il ne faut pas s'attendre à des profs qui vous enseignent mais plutôt qui vous prepare le matériel. Dans l'ensemble un excellent séjour, nous y reviendrons sans doute.

Wir reisten mit unseren erwachsenen Töchter und erlebten bei der Ankunft eine schlimme Überraschung. Unsere Zimmerreservation wurde vom Hotel vergessen, so dass unser Ferienbeginn unschön begann. Der Hoteldirektor fand es nicht für nötig sich bei uns zu entschuldigen und wich uns ständig aus. Auch eine kleine Geste des Bedauerns blieb aus. Wir sind über das Verhalten dieses 5-Sterne Resorts sehr enttäuscht!

Pleasant Hotel with Character and Perfect Location

We have stayed at the hotel on several occasions when we have had meetings in Southampton. Lyndhurst is an easy commute and it makes a nice change it get out of the urban environment to somewhere a bit more relaxing. The hotel does the basic things well. The rooms are quite small and a little dated but they have character as does the rest of the hotel. The reception rooms are pleasant and parking is very good. The greatest strength of the hotel for us is the convenience for the many restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
