"We had a great stay for my wife’s birthday. The atmosphere and service was great and it was busy but we did not feel crowded. We did have a small issue with council works outside our room and after explaining things to management they kindly moved us to another room away from the works. "We were pleasantly surprised by this property. We were only in Maui for a couple of days so we decided to get the least expensive room we could find and expected to be a bit disappointed. Boy was I wrong. Our room was huge and updated with a full kitchen . We didn't have a view of the ocean but that didn't matter as the property is beautiful and it is a easy walk to the beach where the largest turtle I have ever seen came right out of the water in front of us. Our stay was magical and I can't see use going anywhere else. We will definitely be back. I believe that all units are privately owned and am sure some are more updated than others. All the staff were friendly and inviting. "
